The Spark

In 2000, Lee was working at an investment firm called Mansford Holdings, and although his role at the time focused more on bookkeeping and finance, he noticed that their website really needed an update. Spurred by the challenge, Lee took it upon himself to revamp their design using cutting-edge Flash technology (cutting edge for year 2000!), leaving the executives more than just a little impressed.

This pivotal moment ignited Lee's passion for web design and SEO, leading him to start his own venture. His path soon converged with Ian, an IT consultant working for an IT company that specialised in hosted desktop technology. Recognising the untapped potential in joining forces, Lee pitched the idea of launching their own IT company to Ian, who was instantly on board.

Pooling their talents, the duo introduced one of the industry's earliest Hosted Desktop platforms at Mansford Holdings—the very place where Lee's journey had begun. The results were nothing short of extraordinary and signalled the start of a partnership destined for success.

In just their first year, Lee and Ian secured over £1 million in leads for IT support, laying the foundation for a business that has been on an upward trajectory ever since.
